Dancer also has Spectral Jig at Lv25 which gives Sneak+Invisible. If you have one of those leveled you can cast it easily.
Sneak/Invisible are spells that WHM, RDM, and SCH can cast at Lv25. Your missions will eventually send you there, but it doesn't hurt to get an early start. Port Jeuno, in particular, is where a lot of people do their afk bazaaring. Yeah there's usually a good number of people in Jeuno.
